Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of employee mobility in Jollibee
Nova Susano in terms of employee performance, work experience, achievement, employee
retention, employee motivation, and lastly, risk.


The result of this study reveals that the effectiveness of employee mobility is "Highly Effective"
in terms of employee performance and work experience. The most important aspect of
employee mobility in terms of employee retention is that employees are happy with the
promotion given by the company. In terms of employee motivation, employees are motivated
when the working environment is good, while a lack of security cameras poses a risk.
The researchers recommended that all employees improve their performance to have a
longer career in the services. They need to be punctual and on time when they go to work.
Also, it is recommended that every employee have a raise in their salary every year and
undergo seminars to make them more productive. It also recommended that the company
make some changes to improve employee performance. Some of those changes could be
made by being more transparent with the staff, which is one of the best ways to boost
performance. Employees can be more efficient and productive when they know what's
expected of them. It is also recommended not to focus on the work experience, to be lenient
with it, and to pay attention to the ability of the employee to learn and adapt to the working
environment, which is also an important factor for employee mobility. The company should
give an appropriate amount of recognition for the achievements of the employees, which could
also affect the employee’s performance. The researchers proposed a future recommendation
for employee mobility at Jollibee Nova Susano. First, Management should promote
communication and engagement with the employees. Researchers recommend that to
enhance communication inside the workplace, the management should provide teamwork
activities that will make employees participate. Management should motivate employees to
enhance their performance by giving them recognition and benefits. Management should
support the employees in their career growth as individuals because this will result in strong
organizational commitment and loyalty.
