Abstract

The comprehensive research discusses the complex relationship between customer satisfaction and restaurant service quality. It carefully looks at all aspects of service quality—such as promptness, attentiveness of employees, friendliness of communications, and overall dining experience—that contribute to customer satisfaction. Through the implementation of a strict research methodology, the study determines the essential factors that influence customer satisfaction and determines areas in which restaurants can improve the services they provide in order to build customer loyalty.

This study employed descriptive research methods, specifically a Likert scale questionnaire, to assess customer satisfaction with the restaurant's service quality. This approach was selected to effectively capture the demographic characteristics of the respondents.

Survey insights reveal the key factors that influence customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. While food quality remains paramount, price, service quality, and physical environment also play significant roles. This highlights the importance of a holistic approach that encompasses all aspects of the dining experience.

Restaurant managers, therefore, must remain attuned to the evolving needs and preferences of their clientele, constantly striving to deliver exceptional quality in every facet of the operation. This entails prioritizing attentive service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions with staff, providing high-quality cuisine, utilizing fresh ingredients and skilled chefs, and fostering a welcoming ambiance, creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere.
