E-commerce logistics is the backbone of the online retail industry, encompassing all the
processes involved in the delivery of products to customers. With the rapid growth of e-
commerce in recent years, businesses have had to adopt new methodologies and strategies
to optimize their logistics operations and meet the ever-evolving demands of their customers.


The implementation of methodologies and strategies in e-commerce logistics has resulted in
