Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the online marketing strategy used by ABUBOT.PH
towards customer satisfaction as the basis for its marketing plan. These papers use existing
findings that may determine the different types of online marketing strategies. Online
businesses use marketing strategies to promote their local businesses over the Internet.
Businesses can promote business at a lower cost by using social media platforms. Many
people are switching from the traditional way of buying products to the modern way of buying
products online. Indeed, online shopping is becoming an important trading medium for sales
and marketing. Thus, it will be beneficial for the said online business to become more
profitable.


From the findings, the description of the online marketing of ABUBOT.PH, in terms of product,
got a total mean of 3.35 as "strongly agree." The Price got a total average mean of 3.27, which
is "agree," while the place got a total average mean of 3.31, which is "strongly agree," and the
promotion got a total average mean of 3.41, which is "strongly agree." This analysis
contributes to the discussion by evaluating ABUBOT's online marketing strategy.PH towards
customer satisfaction and as a basis for a marketing plan


The recommendations that the researcher will make to ABUBOT shop first are that the
company should make a marketing plan to strategize on how their products will be
recommendable to other people and offer other products that may be needed by their buyers
through surveys or suggestion boxes; make an adjustment to the price; and review the
efficiency of their website or application to make it hassle-free. The ABUBOT shop should be
convenient to the people and always promote its products on social media for it to gain more
customers.
