This study developed a Human Resource II management system for Transport Network
Vehicle Services, focused on managing and evaluating staff time management and
attendance, including Core Human Capital, payroll, claim and reimbursement, time and
attendance, leave management, compensation planning, and HR analytics. The system aims
to maintain reliable employee records, enhance automated and real-time human resource
management, and lower labor costs while keeping employees satisfied. The solution uses an
employee ID and capturing to track time and attendance and automate payroll calculations.
The development team's contributions significantly impacted the project's success based on
their preferences for improving the organization and resolving the issues found in the old
system. Core human capital, the new system evaluates new hires and qualifications needed
for time and attendance, which is managed by timesheet management. Budget management
then requests payroll funds based on salary data from timesheet management, including time
and attendance, leaves, and reimbursements. Staff members can access their attendance
records, pay slips, leave applications, and rebate claims through their accounts.
Implementing a human resource management system has numerous benefits, leading to a
more efficient and successful HR process. The research indicates that it simplifies
recruitment, performance evaluation, job posting, and other procedures. To enhance the
system developed, we need to monitor its efficacy and gather feedback from the HR team and
employees. By accepting feedback and scrutinizing the system's features that can be
improved and altered according to the product owner's requirements, the researchers
exceeded the product owner's expectations. To bridge the gaps and accelerate the
development of each module, the researchers designated specific roles for each other.
