Abstract

The proponents gathered information about the patient information system at Word Hope
General Hospital in Quezon City. The goal of Word Hope Hospital is to improve the overall
health of their patients and to provide the best service they have. A patient information system
is a system that maintains the safety of patients. It is stored in the system database, which
helps the hospital management, employees,, and Nurses in taking absolute care of
the patients at the hospital.

The result of the system project is successful. The proponents create a system that will help
the hospital employees collect all the information about the patients. We hope the hospital will
appreciate the system that we have created.

This patient information system is applicable to all hospitals as it will help hospital employees
organize, collect, and easily track information about the patient. The hospital can improve the
data storage of all the patients' information. This system will lessen the risk of misplacing the
information to the patient.
