Abstract

The Elysian suites have evolved rapidly over the past few years, with advancements in
technology and customer expectations. To meet these demands, hotels must implement an
efficient hotel management system with administration. An effective hotel management
system should enable hotels to streamline their operations, enhance customer satisfaction,
and increase their profitability. Administrative functions include handling all aspects of
managing and controlling company operations, as well as other related sectors. It is the front
desk that interacts with the public and handles specific concerns. The primary objective of a
hotel management system with administration is to simplify the management of various hotel
operations such as reservations, check-in and check-out, facility accounts, and documents.
An integrated hotel management system provides an efficient platform to manage multiple
processes at once. This reduces the workload for the staff, allowing them to focus on
enhancing customer service.

Secured Documents: The administrative handles the most significant documents in the
company. It also handles the personal information of the employees and visitors, and a hotel
management system was created and built as a backup for important papers, reports,
documents, and information. Efficient: Administrative enhanced and provided new functions in
the Hotel Management System with Administrative; some of the new functions are facility
management, reservation, legal management with request contracts, document tracking,
complaint, visitor management, and user management, which is why it is more convenient. As
a result, each system will have an estimated development time for finishing a certain task.

Our project study defines the contents of our project to give details and helps to acknowledge
the Hotel Management System with administration. The output of the system, which was
dependent on user needs, fully complied with integration methodologies and deliverables
specifications. In conclusion, a hotel management system with administration is a critical tool
for managing a hotel's operations efficiently. It should provide legal management, document
management, visitor management, and facility management. By implementing an effective
hotel management system with administration, hotels can streamline their operations,
enhance guest experiences, and increase their profitability.
