Abstract

This study focuses on a hospital transaction issue that arises when a patient registers and
views a record manually, resulting in missing patient information records and an inability to
connect to other modules by integration in every department's operation. The researcher's
major goal is to develop a system that would make it easier for patients and doctors to execute
transactions during appointments using an Android application.

The proponents are at the conclusion of a comprehensive, integrated information system that
facilitates, manages, and aids all aspects of the hospital. Core transaction one will automate
hospital management, making it more efficient and aiming for data integrity and consolidation.
All of this information needs to be managed in a way that makes it possible to use it effectively.
The advocates say that the problem in a system can be solved by studying an existing system
and finding a foundation for creating and assigning a person to maintain a system that is better
and more secure in order to provide good services to users.

The Hospital Management System (HMS) Core 1 Project Team proposed a solution that
would benefit both HMS Core Transaction and the User. The Agile Approach reduces the time
and effort required for the development phase of the proposed system. With this
accomplishment, the Project Team has satisfied the set criteria, which is quite beneficial for
HMS firm, particularly in Core Transactions. The core admin, doctor, medical receptionist, and
nurse are all able to control status, billing, and records that generate automatic analytical
reports. In conclusion, the Project team has developed a secure and integrated Core
Transaction for HMs.
