The aim of this study is to help the students at Bestlink College of the Philippines understand
the factors that influence online shopping and the financial management of students in terms
of impulsive buying, satisfaction, and marketing strategies.
It was figured out that impulsive buying, satisfaction, marketing strategies, convenience, and
versatile choices are the influence of online shopping on the financial management of ABM
students. Furthermore, results showed that impulsive buying, satisfaction, and marketing
strategies are the factors that influence online shopping and the financial management of
ABM students.
Moreover, results showed that convenience and versatile choices are not challenges
encountered by students that affect their online shopping, and it was also seen in the results
that there are possible recommendations to be made based on findings on the influence of
online shopping on the financial management of ABM students. This study recommended that
students should learn the strategy of financial management and apply the lesson to
themselves, create a budget plan from their allowance using the 50-30-20 budgeting method,
and practice delayed gratification to avoid buying impulsively. The students must also allocate
a budget and shopping list ahead of time. A financial management program should also be
implemented to help students raise awareness about the importance of budgeting and saving.
