Abstract

Digitizing documents has now become a part of society; because of this kind of format, many
organizations have succeeded, many reports have been accomplished, and many projects
have been done in the organization by way of using technology on a daily basis and in our
daily activities. Digitization itself could create innovation and a better view of the organization.
Technology itself would be the structure to maximize the digital transformation, to envision to
the readers what the main objective of having digitization in our entire organization would be.


The findings of the study show that retrieving data has an average of 3.78, and its verbal
interpretation of Strongly Agree. On the other hand, variable 2.2, which is Archiving the
Important Documents, has an average of 3.7, and it interprets to be Strongly Agree. On the
Problems Encountered, it states that having problems in digitizing can happen in reality, such
as having errors, low upgrading in using the software, and problems updating the software to
make digitizing a lot easier and more convenient to all the members of the organization, and
so much more problems to encounter.


The researchers collected data to get the best answers in recommending this study, not only
for the members of the organization but only for the next researchers of this generation.
