Abstract

David’s Tea House has an above-level facility that offers Chinese and Filipino cuisine like
hot soup, dim sum, congee, noodle soup, and fried rice. They also offer catering events for
corporate events, special events, and birthday parties. The purpose of this study is to
determine the assessment of marketing strategies towards customer level of satisfaction of
David’s Tea House Restaurant in Quirino Highway Novaliches, Quezon City, and how they
satisfy their customers in terms of product, price, place, and promotion.


The researchers found that employed and unemployed customers in terms of product and
place obtained a verbal interpretation of strongly satisfied, and in terms of price, the
employed obtained a verbal interpretation of strongly satisfied and the unemployed obtained
satisfied. The employed and unemployed were promoted with a verbal interpretation of
satisfied. It concludes that there is no significant difference between them in terms of
product, price, place, and promotion. The problem encountered by the employed obtained a
composite weighted mean of 4.4, or 88 percent, and the Unemployed obtained 5.6, or 112%.


Overall, the researchers recommend making healthy drinks like fruit shakes and combining
them with the products they purchased, improving their social media advertising, being
creative and making partnerships with vloggers or famous artists who can promote their
products through social media, making a schedule once or twice a week, and giving little
samples of their products out in the open 100 meters from the store. Also, they must give a
free taste. Build more signage about their products or stores to let more customers know that
they have an existing business near them.
