This research wanted to propose a business named Bliss Laundry Hauz Café. The researchers found the unique “laundry café” based on the conducted survey. The said business is in demand in the market, especially due to its location in Cubao, QuezonCity. The people in this location mostly live in condominiums, are bed spacers, room tenants, workers, etc. The proposed business is located at 129 A 13TH Ave. Barangay Socorro Cubao, Quezon City. The business offers a traditional way of washing clothes, which is hand wash, for those people who are sensitive with their laundry. The researchers offer different types of services in addition to self-service. It also offers hand wash, wash and dry, dry and folding, dry clean, ironing, steam, drier, door-to-door pick-up, and delivery laundry for free within the area. Initially, the proponents considered focus group discussions and brainstorming on the proposed establishment of Bliss Laundry Hauz Café in Brgy. Socorro Cubao, Quezon City. The market segment and trend were observed using the behavioral elements in this research. The proponents used survey questionnaires with 100 respondents. The questionnaire consisted of several open questions that are related to market segments. According to the survey, 65% of therespondents are familiar with laundry café and the services it offers to the market; 95% are willing to pay 35 pesos per kilo, which they believe is affordable; 83% of the respondents use washing machine; 68% are using liquid soap; 72% of the respondents wash clothes every week; and 79% prefer to have a mild scent for their laundry clothes. According to the survey, 86% of the respondents prefer laundry wash service, while 14% prefer dry cleaning. Meanwhile, 99% of the respondents said that they are willingto have food while waiting for their laundry because they want to have a relaxing time or pamper themselves while waiting. The researchers have come up with the following financial projections. The financial plan consists of an income statement, projectedfinancial position, cashflow return on investment, and a statement of changes in equity. Bliss Laundry Hauz Café will open a business with initial capital of ₱1,000,000.00. The owners have a plan to expand the business, and business partners will re-invest another ₱200,000.00 each, for a total of ₱1,000,000.00 as additional capital. Bliss Laundry Hauz Caféwill spend ₱375,000.00 for rental expense for the first year of its operation only.
