At the same time, it is the most helpful design that the researchers can use to gather the data. The researchers used the systematic type of probability sampling. Systematic sampling is often more convenient than simple random sampling, and it is easy to administer. The researchers also administered a survey questionnaire to different sections and selected Grade 12 HUMSS Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines. The respondents varied in terms of gender. Afterward, the result will be tailed, tabulated, and analyzed. The data gathered from 90 students were evaluated by the researchers. Based on the findings of the researchers, the level of understanding of the students was affected by the use of two languages in the discussion, with a composite average of 3.98. For student participation, the composite average was 4.03, with the verbal interpretation of “agree.” This result indicated that the students can participate by using bilingual language in the discussion.
