leadership assessment

This study aimed to help class officers to maintain peace and order in their class classroom and determine the struggles they face to have some strategies or rules and regulation inside their room. The leadership potentials of a classroom officer are all about how he/she builds his/her confidence and self-esteem as a leader inside the classroom regarding the difficulties in organizing the class to increase the positive effect of having leadership activity outside of the campus. Leadership plays a crucial role in the school’s effectiveness and its improvement. The researchers also used survey questionnaires to gather all necessary data. The results of this study will be beneficial to all classroom officers to build their full potential to be good leaders inside and outside of the school. Based on the findings, the most common problems encountered by the classroom officer were time management and school activities.
