Abstract

The researchers discovered that if the proposed procedure was applied, then the Senior High School Registrar Department can provide better services, thereby taking a crucial role in the progress of Bestlink College of the Philippines. The researchers discovered that several processes need improvement. Occasionally, the recording officer has much work, thereby causing pending documents. The officer-in-charge of the Registrar Department is a part-time worker that results in pending documents. According to the gathered documents, the researchers evaluated all the sources of information by analyzing and defining the possible process that can help the user of this study. The researchers interviewed the staff of the Senior High School Registrar Department. The researchers proposed enhancement and solutions to some problems in the office procedure of the Senior High School Registrar Department for improved services and tasks in employees and students. The employees of the Senior High School Registrar Department should improve the standardized procedure, as well as supervision and services. The researchers proposed to have a full-time worker for the position for efficiency and accuracy. The researchers created a proposal to improve the tasks of the employees according to the information given by the SeniorHigh School Registrar Department. In this proposal, many steps were changed; these changes resulted in efficient, productive, and accurate tasks for employees and students. The changes in the process in certain services affected the school, thereby making it prosperous.
