Abstract

The library system was improved by using computer software for easy management and log book maintenance. A library system was developed to convince the member to search books and borrow books from the library. This system can save one’s time in manipulating tasks to be done and secure data only for authorized persons. This system was also simple and easy to use. We used the systems development life cycle method to achieve our goals. Our client perceived problems with the current library system, that is, lack of security. To fix this problem, we provided a login system to secure the current library system. The current library system was upgraded to help the users in encoding book records. The client will choose whether they will continue using the current library system or they will use the proposed system.
