Acceptability of Squash Pandesal

Abstract

Filipinos, young and old, like pandesal. Baking pandesal has been considered a product that results from the find test of a chef's art and expertise. It's commonly served hot and maybe eaten, dipped in coffee, hot chocolate, or milk. It can be also be complemented with jam or other fillings, such as adding squash to pandesal as attempted in this study. The method we used to select the respondents was random sampling. Based on our survey,99% of our respondents left good comments, and 1% of respondents left bad comments. A total of99% of the respondent had almost similar comments, such as healthy, crunchy, have a good taste, good for the children, and delicious.
