Abstract

This study investigates the role of teacher-student collaboration in enhancing academic outcomes. Teacher collaboration is a fundamental aspect of modern educational research and practice, emphasizing how educators working together can leverage their collective knowledge, skills, and experiences to create a more effective learning environment. This study involved 60 Grade 11 General Academic Strand students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The respondents were students who actively engaged in teacher-student collaboration to improve their academic performance during the 2023-2024 academic year. The findings indicate that students strongly agree with the effectiveness of teacher-student collaboration in improving academic outcomes, particularly in written activities, performance tasks, and examinations. Additionally, this study evaluates how different forms of collaboration contribute to discussion, sense of community, and group norms within the classroom setting. The results highlight the importance of teacher-student collaboration in fostering better academic performance and student engagement. The study suggests that effective communication, mutual support, and collaborative learning strategies positively impact students' learning experiences.
