Abstract

The central topic of our study is the effectiveness of time management strategies used by first-year psychology students, like most of us, who are also working students. We aim to explore how these students balance their academic responsibilities and work obligations, examining the challenges they face and identifying the strategies that contribute to their success in managing both aspects of their lives. The variables included in the scope of our study are: Time management strategies, Workload (academic and job), Academic performance, Work commitments, Stress and well-being, Personal characteristics. In our study, we aim to address the following specific problems and issues: Balancing work and academic responsibilities, Impact of poor time management, Effectiveness of current strategies, Support systems and resources. Significance within the research context: Understanding these issues is significant for several reasons: Academic success, Mental health awareness, Practical application , Contribution to the field. Our motivations or reasons behind conducting this particular study are: Improving educational practices, Developing strong organizational and planning abilities, Addressing a common challenge,. Building resilience and adaptability. We plan to collect the data for our research are: Service crew at fast-food establishments, Colleges and universities, Online surveys.
