Abstract

Drug treatment and rehabilitation have traditionally been used interchangeably, but they now seem to be moving in opposite directions. "Drug rehabilitation" is a common phrase used when the general public discusses addiction recovery. However, state and federal organizations tend to use the term "drug treatment" more frequently. The researchers used sixty (60) participants from the "TAHANAN" Drug Rehabilitation Center in Payatas, consisting of twenty (20) employees, twenty (20) family members of patients, and twenty (20) patients. The selection was done through purposive sampling. This research utilizes a descriptive research design. As the main tool, the researchers employed questionnaires, which are prepared sets of written questions concerning a specific subject. The rehabilitation center should encourage open communication and collaboration among staff members, patients, and families. Ongoing support provided by the facility is helpful for patients in their recovery. The rehabilitation center should continuously promote awareness and understanding of rehabilitation and recovery within the community. It is recommended to ensure the availability of resources for rehabilitation, establish culturally sensitive drug treatment facilities, promote community awareness, create inclusive environments for patients, and encourage future research in drug rehabilitation programs and services.
