In the highly competitive world of the restaurant industry, success is often measured not only by the quality of food and service but also by the efficiency and job satisfaction of its employees. Kenny Rogers Roasters Restaurant, a well-known name in the global food service sector, recognizes the importance of a motivated and efficient workforce in delivering exceptional dining experiences to its customers. The quantitative descriptive technique was used in the research to identify the effectiveness of the incentive program on employee efficiency towards job satisfaction at Kenny Rogers Roasters Restaurant: Basis for recommendations in terms of promotion, bonuses, recognition, and appreciation. The researchers used purposive sampling as the sampling technique for disseminating the questionnaires. This research was conducted at Kenny Rogers Roasters Restaurant, SM Sucat, Parañaque City. The researchers will acquire the survey to gather information about the effectiveness of the incentive program. The researchers will conduct the study using questionnaires with fifty (50) employees. The results of this study reveal that clear roles and responsibilities foster understanding, respect, and value among co-workers, recognizing the importance of each other’s unique contributions. The study found that providing monetary employee awards improves employee productivity, impacts organizational culture, and enhances commitment to the organization. Employees who feel valued through these incentives are more likely to demonstrate a strong work ethic and take greater personal responsibility for achieving results. This study recommends reinforcing a collaborative and respectful work environment, encouraging regular communication and team-building activities. This will solidify the understanding of each other's roles, foster appreciation for unique contributions, and strengthen the value employees place on their colleagues. Enhance employee productivity, organizational culture, and commitment, and implement a well-designed monetary award program that recognizes and incentivizes valuable contributions. Cultivate a culture of recognition and achievement, and implement a program that acknowledges outstanding performance through a combination of tangible rewards and public recognition. This will incentivize a strong work ethic and personal accountability for exceeding expectations.
