Motivation describes the wants or needs that direct behavior toward a goal. It is an urge to behave or act in a way that will satisfy certain conditions, such as wishes, desires, and goals. The researchers conducted this study to know the motivational factors that affect the academic performance in the Research subject. A quantitative method was used in the study.
