This study aims to assess how BSTM students evaluate the Learning Management System (LMS) in terms of learning, service quality, and accessibility. Additionally, it seeks to identify the challenges students encounter while using the LMS, particularly issues related to weekly tasks, system errors, and internet connectivity. A descriptive research method was employed, involving 200 BSTM students: 50 from each year level. The study examined demographic factors, such as age and gender distribution, and evaluated student perceptions of LMS usability. Additionally, the researchers identified common issues, including missing weekly lessons, incorrect scoring, and unstable internet access due to location. Based on the findings, an improvement plan was proposed to address these concerns. The findings revealed that the majority of BSTM students are female and between 19 and 21 years old. The LMS was generally rated "agree" in terms of learning effectiveness, service quality, and accessibility. However, students reported issues such as missing lessons, incorrect grading, and internet connectivity problems. To improve LMS performance, the study proposed solutions such as ensuring lesson completeness before upload, reviewing the grading system, and providing alternative tools to support student connectivity. The study recommends that future researchers explore how age and gender influence LMS engagement. Further investigation into specific areas of student dissatisfaction is also suggested to enhance service quality and user experience. Additionally, exploring solutions for internet connectivity issues, including free data access, would help ensure continuous student access to the LMS.
