Abstract

The Election and Voter Management System is a computerized platform designed to manage voter registration, candidate filing, the voting process, and election result reporting. The system is user-friendly, ensuring accessibility even for individuals with limited technological skills. This project was developed for Celina Homes Association to serve as a toolkit for election organizers, allowing them to efficiently manage voter registration, demographics, candidate profiles, and vote counting. The researchers employed the Agile Scrum Methodology, a project management framework that emphasizes incremental development and continuous user feedback. User input was gathered at various stages to refine design and functionality. The system underwent continuous integration and testing to ensure stability and seamless operation. The development process followed the Scrum Agile principles, ensuring consistency in feature implementation and system functionality. Utilizing the Scrum Agile Methodology, the Election and Voter Management System successfully met its objectives. The system operates stably and efficiently, with fully functional features. The incremental development process ensured that key functionalities—including voter registration, candidate filing, and election result reporting—were effectively implemented. Each system update underwent rigorous quality assurance to maintain reliability. The Election and Voter Management System enhances accessibility and user experience for both voters and administrators. The system includes a registration form for new voters and a login portal for accessing personal dashboards. Administrators can monitor and manage voter and candidate data, integrating it into the Barangay Integration Management System for efficient verification. During the voting process, voters can see their selected candidates on the ballot interface, with votes being recorded in real-time on the administrator dashboard. Upon completion of voting, results are displayed on the Community Engagement platform, ensuring transparency and community interaction.
