Abstract

The Kargada Freight Management System integrates warehouse management notifications, real-time visibility, and monitoring equipment to enhance inventory analysis, order tracking, and shipment monitoring. A real-time visibility and notification system within warehouse management can improve these processes. Common challenges include inefficient logistics, lack of real-time tracking, limited storage capacity, and delivery delays. These obstacles often lead to inventory mismanagement and customer dissatisfaction. The Freight Management System addresses these concerns by optimizing warehouse operations, enhancing visibility, and streamlining logistics processes. By integrating warehouse management with real-time notifications, the system improves accuracy and customer satisfaction. The researchers adopted the Agile Scrum Methodology to minimize risks associated with long development cycles. This approach allowed teams to prioritize features and deliver tangible results early in the project. During each sprint, developers and stakeholders collaborated to design, test, and refine system functionalities. Continuous feedback and iterative improvements ensured the system met evolving requirements and maintained high performance. The project successfully enhanced the Freight Management System by integrating warehouse management notifications, real-time visibility, and monitoring equipment. The system is user-friendly and improves operational efficiency. It enables staff to monitor inventory levels effectively, execute transactions faster, generate accurate reports, and securely store and manage data. Additionally, administrators can easily access and review system information, ensuring smoother logistics and warehouse operations. This study highlights the impact of integrating notification systems and real-time equipment monitoring on warehouse operations. These advancements improve efficiency, enhance inventory accuracy, optimize equipment usage, and mitigate risks. Warehouse management systems help reduce delays and ensure timely order fulfillment. This combination allows organizations to have better control over inventory, streamline order processing, and adapt quickly to logistical challenges.
