EVOLVE FITNESS GYM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The gym management system is a web-based platform that allows users to create and access an account on the website. Our system includes several functionalities: user login, dashboard access, schedule monitoring, and payment tracking. It facilitates payment transactions and enables digital attendance tracking in the gym. This proposal pertains to Evolve Fitness Gym, which was established on May 1, 2017. This study utilized the Waterfall Model (SDLC) as the primary approach, progressing through the planning, analysis, development, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases. Researchers interviewed the client to identify the problem that required a solution. They developed the system using HTML, CSS, PHP, and a database, focusing on user-friendly interfaces. The system was designed according to the client's requirements. XAMPP was used for server and database management, while Visual Studio was used for coding. The Gym Management System has been successfully implemented by the client and company. This system allows access to member information and enhances service quality in the gym. This capstone project, entitled Evolve Fitness Gym Management System, is a web-based system developed to help the gym owner monitor attendees and manage transactions. The researchers interviewed the client to gather feedback on the system.
