Classroom design plays a vital role in shaping students' learning experiences by fostering inspiration, exploration, and productivity. In recent years, classroom layouts have evolved to accommodate modern learning needs, incorporating optimized spaces, technological advancements, and streamlined designs. Essential factors such as desk and seat arrangements, acoustics, visibility, temperature control, and ventilation significantly impact the effectiveness of a learning environment. Striking the right balance among these elements is crucial to creating an ideal classroom setting. A common challenge in classroom design is limited access to multimedia and technological resources, which can restrict opportunities for interactive learning and digital literacy development. Providing classrooms with interactive whiteboards, tablets, computers, reliable internet connectivity, and educational software can enhance teaching effectiveness, boost student engagement, and create a more dynamic and accessible learning environment. This study utilized a descriptive-quantitative research design to assess the impact of classroom design reduction on the learning experience of 150 Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The researchers applied a stratified sampling technique to ensure a representative sample. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire, which served as the primary tool for gathering insights from the participants. The study reveals that the reduction in classroom design impacts Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines, particularly in terms of limited space, decreased student engagement, and restricted resources, with respondents generally acknowledging these challenges. Moreover, proposed solutions such as integrating visual displays, utilizing digital resources, and implementing a flexible seating arrangement were widely accepted, indicating their potential to enhance the learning environment despite space constraints. The findings related to the effects of reduced classroom design on Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. Key issues identified include limited space, diminished student engagement, and a lack of resources. The researchers suggest potential solutions, such as incorporating visual displays, utilizing digital resources, and adopting flexible seating arrangements, to address these challenges. Additionally, the researchers offer recommendations for simplifying classroom layouts to enhance the learning experience, emphasizing that an optimized classroom design can improve student engagement and overall educational effectiveness.
