EFFECTS OF CHILD IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW TO PEACE AND ORDER IN BARANGAY BAHAY TORO, QUEZON CITY

This study examines how children who are involved in criminal activity in Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City, affect peace and order. These children's involvement in criminal activity is frequently caused by a variety of intricate variables. These could include exposure to violence or substance misuse, peer pressure, familial dysfunction, poverty, and illiteracy. The study's 50 respondents are made up of 16 PNP personnel, 17 DSWD personnel, and 17 barangay personnel. Purposive sampling methods were used in this investigation. A quantitative correlational study design was employed. Due to their participation in this study, the researcher would give a questionnaire to the DSWD, PNP, and barangay personnel in Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City. As they complete the survey, the researcher will request their consent to participate in the study. After distributing the survey questions, the researcher will wait for the responder to complete them. The survey will be gathered by the researchers once the respondents have completed it. The respondents' evaluations of the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of CICL's lived experiences are investigated in this study. The highest mean, according to respondents' psychological feedback, was that fostering a sense of belongingness produces a favorable psychological climate. According to the emotional assessment, doing community work that promoted positive peer relationships had the highest mean. Last but not least, the emotional assessment shows that the biggest mean was having trouble or being confused when making the proper choices, which led to impulsive or unfavorable results. This study suggests that in order to foster a safe and happy atmosphere, which is crucial for children's development, organizations should strengthen their ties with one another.
