A key feature of the website is the Mental Health Booking System, which simplifies appointment scheduling with guidance counselors, making the process more accessible and user-friendly. By reducing barriers that often discourage students from seeking help, this system promotes a proactive approach to mental well-being. The study employed a descriptive research method to analyze the effectiveness of digital mental health solutions. Data were collected from randomly selected college students and guidance personnel at Bestlink College, ensuring diverse perspectives. The research examined the types of digital mental health solutions available, user characteristics, and the outcomes of implementing these solutions. Respondent feedback was crucial in refining the website's features to better serve the college community. Findings highlight the positive effects of Bestlink Mindcare’s digital initiatives on student mental health. Key results include the website’s success in raising awareness of mental health issues, improving crisis response protocols, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and reducing stigma associated with seeking counseling. Student input played a significant role in shaping these improvements, demonstrating the importance of user-driven design in mental health solutions. The study confirms that digital counseling platforms like Bestlink Mindcare effectively enhance mental health awareness, improve student well-being, and foster a supportive campus environment. The integration of technology in guidance services presents an innovative approach to addressing mental health concerns in educational institutions.
