This study aims to address challenges in managing billing procedures, ensuring seamless payments, and maintaining high service quality through efficient staff performance monitoring. Additionally, it explores advanced methods in billing, payment processing, and integration within Anaa Hotel and Restaurant’s management systems. By implementing these improvements, the study seeks to elevate service quality and provide a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry. The researchers aimed to develop an improved payment system for Anaa Hotel. To achieve this, they first conducted interviews with Anaa Hotel employees and staff from other hotels to understand how their current payment systems operate.
