Abstract

The researchers proposed a billing system for the 1128 Tea and Cafe study project, which includes the address of Mr. Jonathan Golo. This billing system is a hardware and web-based solution designed specifically to manage and streamline the invoicing and payment processes at cafes. To ensure accurate transaction management, store owners typically require an effective accounting system. The research methodology involves a critical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of current accounting systems used by various coffee shops. It is standard practice to verify details and payment plans with the café owner. We employ the Waterfall Model Methodology (SDLC) to plan, analyze, develop, design, test, implement, and maintain our projects. By utilizing Visual Studio Code (VSC), we are able to code our system more efficiently. For data management, security, and storage, we rely on MySQL and Docker Desktop. This billing method meets customer needs and encourages repeat business by offering premium products to brand customers. Additionally, receipts, invoices, and company funds are carefully recorded. Customers can use their email addresses to access content on the website, which not only enhances user data protection but also reduces the risk of hacker attacks. The menu includes a variety of drinks such as milk tea, frappes, cold brews, and more, depending on the type of beverage. Please decide what you would like to purchase. The research study presents a customized solution to the challenges coffee shop owners and operators face in managing their financial transactions. It offers insights into the development and implementation of an advanced accounting system. The study examines how these results can impact the overall effectiveness of coffee shop operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the lecture discusses the challenges encountered while implementing the billing system and provides recommendations for future improvements.
