Abstract

The capstone project "Transportation Network Vehicle Service Human Resource 2" aimed to improve HR practices in the transportation sector by focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, and automated onboarding. The project identified key HR challenges in TNVS and implemented integrated solutions that enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to organizational growth and improvement. The study employs Agile Scrum methodology to enhance the development of the HR system through iterative and collaborative processes. Each sprint cycle addressed specific HR functions such as training dashboards, applicant portals, and automated tracking. Agile allowed the team to prioritize tasks, gather continuous feedback, and refine system functionality efficiently, ensuring effective HR transformation. The HR transformation framework implemented in TNVS organizations delivers measurable outcomes such as faster hiring, better training, and increased employee engagement and retention. Through automation and analytics, HR departments transition from administrative roles to strategic drivers of organizational success. This capstone illustrates how technology enhances HR efficiency, compliance, and employee experience in the transportation industry. It serves as a model for HR digital transformation in sectors with similar challenges, combining innovative architecture and user-focused design. The project contributes to HR tech literature and provides practical insights for educators, policymakers, and industry leaders aiming to modernize workforce systems.
