TNVS ADMIN PLATFORM: AN AI- SOLUTION FOR INTEGRATED DOCUMENT, COMMUNICATION, USER, EVENT, FINANCIAL, SECURITY, CONTRACT LEGAL COMPLIANCE, AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The capstone project aims to develop a comprehensive administrative platform that leverages artificial intelligence to automate and streamline various operational processes. In an increasingly digital world, organizations face the challenge of managing diverse operational components efficiently and securely. This project addresses those challenges by integrating key functions—such as document management, internal communication, user and event coordination, financial tracking, legal compliance, and security oversight—into a single, AI-driven system. By consolidating these capabilities, the platform enhances productivity, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports seamless administrative operations. To ensure the project's success, a rigorous methodology was employed, consisting of several key phases: requirements gathering, system design, development, and testing. Agile development principles were adopted to promote flexibility and responsiveness to user feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
