Abstract

This study examines the TNVS HR1 System, an integrated platform designed to unify key HR functions such as employee management, payroll processing, and compensation benefits. By automating payroll workflows and maintaining precise employee records, the system reduces errors related to attendance, overtime, and deductions, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in compliance with regulations. HR1 not only enhances administrative efficiency but also fosters improved employee satisfaction, positioning it as a critical tool for organizations striving to remain competitive in today’s dynamic business environment. The integrated enterprise system centralizes operations across transportation, HR, finance, logistics, and administration. It features a virtual assistant to enhance user interaction and supports system-wide tasks like initialization, authentication, and reporting. The transportation module includes vehicle assignment, real-time tracking, maintenance scheduling, and driver logging. The HR module handles onboarding, role management, terminations, and payroll functions such as batch processing and deduction tracking. This comprehensive system improves operational efficiency and decision-making across multiple organizational domains. The unified system integrates transportation services with HR management, payroll, and benefits, creating a streamlined operational framework. By managing vehicle assignments, route tracking, and maintenance alongside employee data and schedules, the system enhances logistics coordination and workforce planning, leading to greater efficiency and productivity. Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) represents modern ride-sharing facilitated by digital platforms, distinct from traditional taxi services. Mobile applications have become the dominant method for connecting passengers with transport providers, playing a key role in meeting the demands of urban mobility.
