The HR2 Merchandising Management System is designed to address common issues in human resource operations, such as inefficient training management, inadequate performance measurement, and lack of attendance tracking. This system integrates learning and development, performance evaluation, and training management into a centralized, user-friendly solution that supports employee development and organizational growth. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology, allowing for iterative development across structured sprint cycles. Core features—including automated performance evaluation, attendance tracking, and training scheduling—were developed incrementally. A microservices architecture enabled modular integration, while DevOps practices ensured smooth testing, deployment, and continuous delivery throughout the development process. The final system featured real-time dashboards, automated performance evaluation reports, and comprehensive training management tools. The implementation significantly improved the accuracy of performance reviews, streamlined training administration, and enabled HR teams to monitor employee development more effectively. User feedback confirmed the system’s effectiveness and ease of use. The HR2 system addressed multiple HR challenges by automating manual processes and integrating essential development tools into a cohesive platform. It enhanced transparency, reduced administrative workload, and facilitated data-driven tracking of employee progress. Overall, the project demonstrated how technology can modernize HR functions and foster higher levels of employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
