Nowadays, security, access control, and user management are crucial components of administrative management, ensuring the efficient operation of an organization. However, current systems often face vulnerabilities to security threats, leading to compliance issues, data breaches, and unauthorized access to sensitive information. Additionally, these systems struggle to handle the increasing volume of data, making them inadequate for modern organizational needs. During the development phase, the team conducted an in-depth analysis of the current system’s workflow, processes, private information handling, and organizational structure. Throughout the development cycle, sprint and backlog processes were designed and continuously evaluated. In addition to collaborating with stakeholders, the development team held discussions to incorporate new ideas and implement further improvements. By adopting the Agile methodology, we successfully developed the system, optimized workflows, enhanced collaboration between the development team and stakeholders, and delivered value progressively. The implementation of the Security & Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and User Management System has significantly improved the efficiency of managing user permissions, enhanced access control procedures, and strengthened data security. As a result, the risk of unauthorized access has been reduced, ensuring that users receive appropriate access based on their roles. Additionally, the system has streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes, making them more effective and efficient. Through the organization's processes, the system provides significant benefits in user management, access control, and security. Its successful implementation has enhanced the Administrative Management System by aligning it with the project's plan, goals, and objectives. Moving forward, the development team remains committed to continuous improvement and adaptation, fostering innovation and strengthening security measures.
