The Hospital Management System: Human Resource Module is designed to automate and enhance human capital functions within the healthcare industry. It focuses on key areas such as employee engagement, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), time and attendance tracking, and payroll management. By integrating AI-based biometric authentication and fraud prevention technologies, the system introduces a new level of security, efficiency, and intelligence to hospital workforce management. During the development of the NODADO Hospital Management System Core II, we employed an Agile project management approach to ensure the system remained flexible, adaptable, and capable of delivering valuable features through frequent, incremental cycles. This methodology is essential for addressing the complexities of the healthcare industry, where requirements are continually evolving. As an integral part of the hospital’s daily operations, the system requires ongoing enhancements and updates to effectively support healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and patients. During the development of the NODADO Hospital Management System Core II, we adopted an Agile project management approach to ensure the system remains flexible, adaptable, and capable of delivering valuable features in frequent, incremental cycles. Agile methodology is essential for managing the complexities of the healthcare sector, where requirements are often dynamic and subject to change. As a core component of the hospital’s daily operations, the system requires continuous improvement and regular updates to effectively meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and patients. The creation and implementation of the Hospital Management System: Human Resource³ represent a significant shift in how healthcare organizations manage and support their workforce. By integrating AI-powered biometric identification and anti-fraud measures, the system streamlines administrative processes while addressing critical issues such as staff engagement, employee wellbeing, attendance accuracy, and payroll precision. This paper explores the system's impact, the challenges encountered during its development, and the broader implications of adopting advanced technologies in hospital human resource management.
