Abstract

The Freight Management System: Human Resource 4 project is designed to elevate workforce capabilities and strengthen regulatory compliance in the logistics sector by integrating a robust Training and Development Management System that streamlines skill enhancement, certification tracking, and employee development initiatives. The system incorporates comprehensive modules such as Learning Management, Training Management, Talent Development, Training Operations, Employee Engagement, and Budget Oversight. Leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered dynamic skill matching, the system identifies skill gaps, accelerates training initiatives, and promotes a culture of continuous learning. The project's effectiveness was evaluated using the Agile methodology, complemented by structured interviews with key stakeholders to ensure adaptability, relevance, and user satisfaction. The results indicate notable progress in employee development and training within the logistics industry, as data-driven training initiatives and real-time skill gap assessments have enabled more effective alignment of workforce capabilities with current industry standards and needs. The Learning Management System (LMS) cultivates a culture of continuous learning, driving competitiveness and sustainable growth within the logistics industry. Through its integration with the AI-powered Training and Development Management System (TDMS), it offers personalized learning pathways by utilizing data analytics and dynamic skill-matching technology. This enables the system to address urgent reskilling and upskilling demands in the fast-paced freight sector. Moreover, the TDMS enhances knowledge sharing, encourages collaboration, and supports data-informed decisions for training investments and strategic workforce planning.
