Guest feedback is vital in the hospitality industry for enhancing service quality and maintaining hotel ratings. Traditional methods, however, often yield low participation and delayed responses. This study introduces a Hotel Feedback Device that enables real-time, efficient, and engaging collection of guest feedback. The device features a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W with a touchscreen interface, enabling guests to easily provide feedback. Submitted responses are instantly sent via Bluetooth to hotel management, allowing quick access without the need for internet or complex storage solutions. Testing demonstrated that the device increased guest feedback participation and enabled staff to receive responses immediately. This led to faster issue resolution and enhanced the hotel’s overall service quality. Implementing the feedback device allowed hotel management to efficiently track guest satisfaction. Real-time Bluetooth feedback proved practical and effective, serving as a valuable tool for ongoing operational improvement.
