Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the online strategies of small businesses in Quezon City. During the COVID-19 pandemic, small to medium businesses suffered incredible losses that led to the closure of their businesses. Entrepreneurs were driven by the necessity to find alternative ways to sell goods. Online social capital built mainly on social media platforms has a positive impact.

This study uses a descriptive method and sampling technique of the Convenience method technique. The instrument used is a survey questionnaire.

In addition to social media marketing strategies, little attention has been paid to the sorts of messages offered on businesses' social media platforms to engage with a customer.
