Abstract

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the business-to-business transaction of Roco Non-specialized Wholesale Trading in Valenzuela City in terms of ethical standards, supply capacity, mode of payment, risk management. This company offers industrial lubricants to stores and a lot of big businesses.

The study utilized a mixed method of design and had participants of 10 small business, and ten medium business clients of Roco Non-specialized Wholesale Trading located in Valenzuela City.

The result of the study reveals that most of the clients involved in business-to-business transactions of Roc Non-specialized Wholesale Trading are their regular clients who are single and male, aged between 40 and 50 years old. The assessment of the respondents in existing business transactions in terms of ethical standards, supply capacity, mode of payment, and risk management revealed to agree, while cancellation and delay of payment as well as insufficient supply are problems encountered. This study recommended offering membership and reward cards for clients and attracting regular clients, also the after sales service may improve by adding customer support, requesting for feedback from clients and loyalty program like offering membership cards and rewards, and customers must be balance with the available supply by monitoring the supply on hand and distribution of products, improving the payment options available, to focus on long-term strategic decision-making, and implements strong policies, conducting risk analysis, and consistent operational forecasting to prevent and minimize future problems. The operations need an effective and continuous monitoring strategies and systems by evaluating clients' feedback and openly discuss the issues with the supplier. Make an operational development plan that assists in improving their business-to-business transactions.
