Abstract

Nowadays, we use the automated system to avoid human error and save time in encoding the
data for all transactions required. It is also a reliable system that can be used on any available
device. The objective of this project is to innovate this system that will help both administrators
and users to check, input, process, and use the web-based system on any device.
Furthermore, this system will ensure all of the data stored in the system will be encrypted if
necessary to secure the identification of the employees.

The implementation of the new innovative Hotel Management System Human Resource 2
provides automated data, a responsive website, and secure confidential information stored in
the system. All of the employees can check their profile and the status of their requests to the
employee self-service using their phone. The administration can process the request of the
employee just by updating the status of the request, automating the input of data, and
processing the information through the help of integration.

Developing this system is challenging due to the data gathering and understanding of the step
-by-step process of the system, but in collaboration with the help of stakeholders, clients, and
scrum, the developers manage all of the features required to implement and integrate into the
other system. Proper planning and analyzing the system will help to overcome the challenges
and will result in a more efficient, reliable, and secure process for every transaction
committed. Security protocols must be provided to avoid data breaches and unauthorized
personnel to ensure the confidentiality of employees' information.
