Abstract

A finance system is a software application that automates financial processes, such as
accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, general ledger, and financial reporting. It
provides a centralized platform for managing financial data and helps organizations maintain
financial discipline, compliance, and transparency. With a finance system, organizations can
streamline financial operations and make informed decisions based on real-time financial
data. In this study, the research team aims to develop a dependable and efficient finance
system for Bestlink College of the Philippines. The system will manage and track all financial
statuses and assist accounting employees in completing tasks quickly and efficiently.

The development team successfully created a financial system that can assist accounting in
checking all financial statuses. The system was designed to authorize, manage, and track all
of the school's financial records and transactions. It will greatly benefit accounting/finance by
reducing their workload and making the process more efficient. The financial system will also
provide accurate and reliable financial information to users.

In the development of the financial system for Bestlink College of the Philippines, one crucial
aspect to consider is the system's impact on the school's financial processes' overall
efficiency. The implementation of the new system will allow accounting employees to
complete their tasks more quickly and accurately, freeing up their time for other essential
duties. This will lead to a more streamlined financial management process and enhance the
school's overall efficiency. The implementation of this system aligns with the trend of
automating financial processes across various industries, making the school a modern and
forward-thinking institution that stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations.
