Abstract

A learning management system (LMS) is software that has been created with the specific
objective of producing, managing, and distributing educational content. The LMS can be
hosted either as a standalone product on the company server or as a cloud-based platform
hosted by the software developer. This unique system is accessible anytime, anywhere, by all
registered users through a URL and by using a special user ID and password. LMS contains a
core functional platform that enables administrators to upload learning content, deliver
lessons to students, serve notifications, and share data with authorized users.

This Charter develops and implements a timeline of a project to show the timeframe of the
School Management System (Learning Management System with SMS, Email, and Captcha
Verification) to provide a visual view of the project task schedule over time.

The purpose of the Learning Management System with SMS, EMAIL, and CAPTCHA
VERIFICATION project is to improve the learning of the students by giving them access to
learning anywhere and anytime as long as they are registered users. This project meets
BCP’s need for a more secure way of learning online. The objectives of this project are to
make learning accessible and generate reports easily and hassle-free. Learning professionals
can use specific data items to confirm that individual students are attaining the necessary
learning objectives, which is another advantage that links to the goal of an LM. Every
instructor is aware that students in both traditional and online courses will experience a variety
of successes and setbacks.
