This study identified and found out what frequent violations the violators from the respondents
had violated and the possible effect of violating the traffic rules and regulations in the area of
Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. The study concluded that the most frequent violations
performed by motorists in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, are traffic violations, such as driving
without a license, disregarding traffic signals, and unregistering vehicles. Other violations,
such as speeding, reckless driving, and accidents, are also common. In addition, what can be
drawn from the findings of frequent violations by motorists is that there is a need for stricter
enforcement of traffic laws and regulations and increased public awareness about the
dangers of reckless and irresponsible driving practices. Therefore, raising awareness of
frequent violations by motorists on roads will provide people with the information they need to
understand the impact of these violations and how to avoid them. Lastly, knowledge about the
rules of the road, the consequences of breaking them, and how to follow them can help
motivate people to drive more safely and responsibly. Furthermore, researchers want to
recommend the following: Strict implementation of traffic rules and regulations. Add more
traffic enforcers to regulate the traffic. Traffic officers should have seminars to widen their
knowledge of implementing traffic laws and regulations. More highways and bridges also give
the road user a sharp understanding of the traffic rules and regulations, observe the major
causes of traffic congestion properly, and give proper instructions to road users.
