Abstract

This study aimed to identify the challenges encountered by office personnel on the issuance of
radio station licenses at the National Telecommunications Commission Company in Quezon
City.

The findings showed that poor communication skills, poor project management and
organization, and a lack of proper tools or equipment were the major challenges faced by
employees in the licensing process. Furthermore, the need for clear and consistent
communication and computer literacy were identified as major factors contributing to these
challenges.

Based on these findings, the researchers recommend that the NTC Company develop a clear
and consistent communication plan, provide training programs to improve computer literacy
among employees and prioritize the implementation of regular training programs for all
employees involved in the licensing process. The proposed output includes developing a
database management system that is easy to use and maintain, providing regular
communication skills training, and prioritizing the implementation of regular training programs.
