Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the customer service quality of Pares Retiro.
Involves providing efficient, quick, and friendly service to the customers as well as building
strong relationships with them. It is important because it inspires customer loyalty and makes
employees'  jobs easier. Both the service we deliver and the expectations we help to create
are important aspects of quality.

The researcher uses a weighted mean means, which is used to determine customer
satisfaction in terms of service quality, product quality, price, and Environment, and assess
customer satisfaction in terms of tangibility, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy,
and Pearson r. It is used to signify the relationship between the assessment of customer
service quality and customer satisfaction. Each facility inside the restaurant should be well
maintained ( 2.42), I agree. The company delivers quality service ( 3.32) strongly, the
company makes the customers very happy and satisfied (3.16) agree, all employees are
trained to deliver good and quality service ( 3.48) strongly, the company responds properly
to customer complaints to end up in a good way (2.96) agree.
The recommendation that researchers to improve customer satisfaction is that the business
must understand its customer’s concerns and needs. The information can be gathered
through customer forums and surveys, as well as through interactions that occur during
normal transactions.
