Abstract

Nowadays, G cash is also becoming a trend as people shift online for their essentials.
According to Bangit (2021), pure-play financial technology and regional app companies have
to develop and grow into financial tech-led super apps that can provide multiple services,
from e-commerce and financial transactions to online communications.

The researchers formulated the following conclusions. 1. Most of the respondents are
between 24 and 28 years old, and most of them are male. Most of the respondent positions
are Staff. Almost of them have 1-2 years and 3-4 years length of service working at House of
Hermosa Inc. 2. Most of the employees of House of Hermosa Inc. use the answered GCash
app as a mode of salary payment is Very Effective in terms of Accessibility, Usefulness,
Convenience, Productivity, and security 3. The problems mostly encountered by the
employees and the HR personnel using the GCash app as a mode of salary payment are
receiving a lot of updates, delayed money transfers or not receiving money transfers,
discrepancies in transactions, and other basic issues that are not really alarming. 4. The
importance of the GCash app as a mode of salary payment nowadays is that it can give a
very accessible and convenient way to develop payroll procedures. The Gcash app is highly
recommended for use as a Mode of salary payment.
