Abstract

The Records Management Office's primary goal is to offer an institution a service that
enables staff to create and maintain a framework of consistent recordkeeping applications
and practices, efficient retention and disposal procedures, and the effective process of
storing and retrieving records. According to Kasumba (2019), services offered include
managing school records, legal agreements, advice, training, and education. The academic
service life of a student and his relationship with the institution might not end, given that
students may return to the institution after graduation to request relevant academic
documents, either to further their education or to obtain a referee note. The registry staff
must record, keep, and manage these records using good record management practices.
The purpose of this study is to determine the Level of Satisfaction of BSOA graduating
students in Record Services rendered at Bestlink College of the Philippines S.Y. 2022-2023.
The researchers believed that this research would help the Registrar's Office to identify the
areas where their services needed to be improved.

This study confirmed that records services have a positive significance in relation to student
satisfaction. This enabled the researcher to draw a conclusion and make a recommendation
for improving the record services rendered at Bestlink College of the Philippines. According
to the findings, the respondents are satisfied with record services rendered at BCP in terms
of time management, accuracy of records, friendliness, and organization of records. Thus,
record services in the BCP registrar exist, and students are aware of their services, but the
majority of the respondents experience a problem in the late release of their requested
documents. The researchers provide a development plan that will help the Registrar's Office
to improve the Record Services at Bestlink College of the Philippines.
