Abstract

The latest generation of porridge entrepreneurs sells more than just porridge. They also
provide a variety of other foods on their menus. Some have enhanced the porridge they sell
with additional components like pork, chicken, and beef, while others continue to pursue an
infinite porridge approach, so this study wants to determine the Marketing Strategies of
Baste Lugaw House in Kingstown 1 Bagumbong Caloocan City and their assessment of
marketing strategies in terms of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The business lacked
innovation and marketing strategy.


The null hypothesis is accepted based on the t-test and ANOVA test data, which present the
respondents' appraisal of the Marketing Strategies of Baste Lugaw House according to the
group profile. This suggests that there is no statistically significant difference in the
responses to the marketing techniques of the Baste Lugaw House in Kingstown 1
Bagumbong Caloocan City. The computed p-value, which is bigger than the significance
difference level of 0.05, also supports the absence of a significant difference. The figure just
kept the respondents' opinions on marketing methods.


Based on the findings, all of the respondents have equal distribution of the respondents; the
majority of them are single, and they average at the age of 26 to 30 and 31 years old and
above. The males and females strongly agree that Baste Lugaw House has something to
improve their Product, Price, and Promotion; there is no significant difference between the
assessment of the respondents in marketing strategy. The respondents presented the
problem that the business should solve in order to improve their business even more, and
the researcher proposed guidelines for marketing strategies that may lead to a competitive
advantage. We researchers recommend having good plating techniques and renovating the
place. We recommend entering E-commerce, vlogging, and blogging nowadays. This is the
main reason why the business is becoming more prominent, and we recommend that Baste
Lugaw house owners use the proposed strategies we created for their guide and help them
meet Competitive Advantage for the success of their business.
